Haria, visited our clinic in 2016, with complaint of difficulty in chewing. We
found very few teeth remain in mouth, which were not sufficient to chew.
Fortunately his both lower canines are strong enough, selected for abutment of
teeth supported overdenture. We have done root canal treatment in both lower
canines, used as to retain lower denture.
These
canines served as abutment to patient till 2023. In 2023, patient again visited
our clinic for loose lower denture. We found both canine became carious. So we
decided to remove both useless carious canines and give immediate implant at
site of canines.
After 3
months we made new implant supported lower overdenture. Now patient is very
happy with these dentures.
